ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRO Support team.

This individual will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring configuration of the HRMS system, data integrity, file management, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

This role will follow a client-centric model – The focus is to proactively tailor our services to meet the evolving requirements of our clients by providing personalized solutions and streamlined processes while maintaining a heightened level of responsiveness to ensure a superior client experience.

Additional responsibilities include: Provide advanced technical and analytical coaching and assistance to ISSVC colleagues, clients and leadership on UKG best practices. Supports the HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Previous Experience:

  • 1 - 3 Years UKG Pro
  • 1 - 3 Year UKG Workforce Management

Essential Functions

  • Accountable for resolving support tickets logged by clients within our ticket management system, ensuring they’re addressed within SLA and in alignment with team metrics.
  • You will oversee the coordination of client open enrollment events and implement necessary configuration according to each client’s service level.
  • Analyze current systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Coach and train clients on effective utilization of the UKG system to promote self-service capabilities.
  • Develop and lead analytics strategy to proactively provide the necessary data and insights to support business.
  • Perform regular HRIS data audits to ensure system accuracy.
  • Assists with reviewing, testing, and implementing HRMS modules within UKG UltiPro including upgrades or patches.
  • Assists with creation and maintenance of data integrations solutions between UKG Ultipro systems and other IT related systems.
  • Develop complex ad hoc queries and develop customized reports to meet user needs.
  • Ensure workflows, approvals and notifications are operating as designed.
  • Provides support for HRMS including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results, or process flaws, performs scheduled activities and recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Participates in client meetings and conferences ensuring client's needs are met week over week.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Specific shift hours to be determined at time of hire. Occasional evening, weekend, and overtime work may be required as job duties demand.

Education Requirements

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
