OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred (an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered).
At least two years of generalist experience.
HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment
Personal traits of a high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value.
