As a Human Resources Generalist at ABH, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human capital needs. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, with the only requirement being that you're based in California (CA) and available between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. On top of that, we're offering a competitive compensation package of $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, along with fantastic benefits.
