Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with a solid foundation in tax preparation, eager to contribute to our mission of providing top-tier customer service and attentive tax preparation services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals or small businesses.

- Utilize and leverage tax software to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tax filings.

- Stay updated with the latest federal and state tax laws and regulations.

- Provide clients with exceptional customer service, including advising on tax saving opportunities and potential tax planning strategies.

- Collaborate with team members to identify issues and coordinate with necessary branches for problem resolution.

- Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation required.

- Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP) certification or equivalent preferred.

- Proficient in tax software.

- Knowledge of tax regulations and an excellent ability to apply tax laws during client consultations.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
