Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of medical billing, coding, and collections processes.

Responsibilities:

- Process and submit medical claims to insurance companies
- Verify patients' insurance coverage
- Review and appeal denied or unpaid claims
- Utilize medical billing software to enter data and maintain patient records
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies regarding billing issues

Skills:

- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Knowledge of ICD-10, ICD-9, and DRG coding systems
- Experience with medical billing software and electronic health records
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Understanding of medical collection procedures
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and protocols
