Job Description: As an Independent Customer Service Agent, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires you to handle inbound calls, leverage your communication skills and your ability to multitask. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold high customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic English communication skills.
• 2 years customer Service Experience
• Own a personal laptop/computer and a headset. Rental options available if needed.
• Ability to pass a background check ($30 fee applies, reimbursable after 90 days of successful engagement).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A quiet, private home office space suitable for client interactions.
