Job Title: Remote Listing Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (Must have a 618, 217, or 314 area code number)

Employment Type: Contract-based

Hours: Flexible, work your own hours

Compensation: $150 per listing appointment set, additional $400 for each closed listing. Performance Bonus may be considered for those who excel in lead conversion.

Job Description:

As a Remote Listing Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for calling provided leads and scheduling listing appointments for our listing agents. This role offers the flexibility to work your own hours, allowing you to balance work with other commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls to provided leads and effectively communicate the benefits of listing their property with our agency.
  • Numbers called must only be the ones the Realty team lead provides. No outside lead sources will be considered.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for listing appointments.
  • Schedule listing appointments for our listing agents based on the availability of both parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Must have a 618, 217, or 314 area code number.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have access to a computer and a cell phone.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $150 per listing appointment set.
  • Additional $400 bonus for each closed listing resulting from your appointments.
  • Flexibility to work your own hours from the comfort of your own home.
  • Opportunity to earn commission-based income with unlimited potential.
  • No cap on pay, make as little or as much as you want based on performance.

Note:

This is a contract-based position, and individuals hired for this role will not be considered employees of the company. Contractors will be responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
