Overview: Our client is seeking a seasoned and skilled Interim Trademark Attorney (100% Remote, National) 40 hours per week for 6+ months. Looking for a specialist in trademark law.

Company: AMLAW 200 Law Firm

Experience: 8-10+ years of Trademark experience

Location: 100% Remote, National Search (must work EST hours)

Responsibilities Include:

• Interested applicants must have deep and regular experience in trademark clearance.
• Trademark and risk analysis experience.
• Bonus skills include proficiency with Spanish, as well as background in the restaurant, software, life sciences, and/or consumer packaged goods industries.

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent academic credentials and admission to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Admission to at least one state bar.
• 8-10+ years’ experience with trademarks.
• Excellent attention to detail in written and oral communication.
