We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Internal Communications Manager.

Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative professional to drive Internal Communications within our global organization. The Internal Communications Manager will play a crucial role in developing communication strategies that engage all internal audiences, developing content that informs, and inspires our team members while also supporting communications from our cross-functional teams and external marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and evolve our global internal communication strategy
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to gather information, news, and updates for internal dissemination
  • Own editorial calendars and content schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery of internal communications
  • Understand the importance of translations and prioritize accordingly
  • Serve as a liaison, sharing information, between different departments globally to facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Develop and execute content strategies that enhance awareness of company initiatives, and engage employees, by improving company transparency, including leadership messages, internal videos, and other relevant assets to support our company storytelling
  • Support department initiatives through effective communication of policies, benefits, and employee engagement programs
  • Assess and manage internal communication requests. Identify applicability, work with management to make recommendations.
  • Reposition and write with company tone, underscoring overarching company culture goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
  • Proven global experience (4-6 years) in internal communications role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and techniques, including captivating a variety of audiences and optimization through various channels, mediums, and touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as web platforms, content management systems, and social media channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to explore new ideas and innovations.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
  • WordPress expertise a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
