Seeking a dynamic English & Spanish speaking, experienced Residential Mortgage Loan Processor to work with an exciting, rapidly expanding, cross border Finance Company.

• 
  Must have minimum 3 most recent years of Mortgage industry Processing experience.

• Must have experience with #non-QM, #JumboMortgages and Self-Employed borrowers.

• Must have strong etiquette as you will be working with affluent clients.

• End to end experience with #Encompass LOS.

• Must be #bi-lingual in English and Spanish (speak, read and write).

• Ability to wear multiple operational hats in a fast paced environment.

• Experience in documentation reviews and verification, both 'pre-underwriting' and 'of conditions' submitted by borrowers.

• Ability to work independently from home or remote locations.

• Must pass background check, including credit report, and processing assessment.
