IT Support Technician – Level II – Fully Remote

This Retail IT Support Technician position will be responsible for responding to the IT Salesforce tickets by investigating IT related issues and questions. The Retail Support Technician should have a guest service minded attitude and IT experience to handle all IT issues.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair any hardware malfunctions in our stores over the phone
  • Develop a short-term and long-term strategy for issues
  • Support our store team members in a friendly and guest service mentality
  • Collaborate with the field technicians to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM - with additional weekend shifts as needed

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of IT support experience, preferably for multi-unit retail locations
  • Window OS troubleshooting experience
  • Basic network knowledge
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize issues
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Retail industry experience a plus
