a.      Java Developer

i.       Skills: Git, industry standard design patterns, SOLID principles, clean code, Eclipse, IBM WebSphere, SQL Developer, Maven, Hibernate, ActiveMQ, MuleSoft, JSP, HTML 5, and Kubernetes

ii.       Follow design guidelines documented in Confluence.

iii.       Refactor any code touched leaving it better than it was found.

iv.       Help test and ensure a quality product is being delivered.

v.       Code reviews will be performed by DWD staff before changes are merged into development branches.

vi.       Each team will need at least 2 senior level developers and not more than one associate level.
