About Our Client:

Our client, a prominent insurance company, is seeking a Job Description Analyst to join their team. They are a leading provider of innovative insurance solutions for brokers, agents, and insurance carriers worldwide.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Job Description Analyst to support our client's implementation of Workday. This role involves collaborating with another team member to complete a significant number of job descriptions as part of the Workday implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team member to finalize 550 job descriptions using AI and online resources.
  • Develop job leveling and documentation for various roles within the organization.
  • Create job titles that accurately reflect the responsibilities and competencies required for each position.
  • Assist in developing compensation solutions based on market benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating job descriptions.
  • Familiarity with Workday is preferred but not required.

Additional Details:

This is a remote position with the option to work onsite if preferred. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
