This position is intended to be 100% remote but may still be required to report to a given state office due to business need or at the discretion of the supervisor.

Pay for position:
$23.27 - $32.41 Hourly
$1,861.38 - $2,592.92 Biweekly
$4,033.00 - $5,618.00 Monthly
$48,396.00 - $67,416.00 Annually


This position will assist Unemployment Insurance claimants that are selected to participate in the RESEA program with scheduling appointments, updating the Colorado’s labor market exchange database, identifying career goals and developing individualized reemployment plans, and providing meaningful referrals to services and community partners that will address reemployment barriers. Complete reengagement appointments with claimants who fail to participate timely.

This position will review Unemployment Insurance eligibility with claimants who are selected to complete the RESEA program. This position will review the claimants previous work search history to identify possible eligibility issues and determine if the claimant is able and available to seek and accept suitable employment. Report any potential UI eligibility issue to RESEA adjudication for review.

his permanent part-time position will be expected to work 40 hours per week and is eligible for benefits. The normal working hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.The hours can and may fluctuate depending on workload and budget. Typically these positions will have a heavier workload from October through March and a lighter workload from April to September. Additionally, the budget for Unemployment Insurance is variable based on economic conditions. Fluctuations in workload and budget may require reduced work hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience Only:
Four (4) years and six (6) months of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position.

Professional experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position to include: Customer Service in a Call Center environment and/or Direct Customer Support through dedicated platforms involving intermediate to complex data entry, crisis based case management and/or customer service.

OR


Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to four (4) years and six (6) months.

For Example: BA plus 6 months of work experience in any of the following, Customer Service in a Call Center environment and/or Direct Customer Support through dedicated platforms involving intermediate to complex data entry, crisis based case management and/or customer service.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role.
  • Previous experience working in a remote/virtual position.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with client intake and assessments.
  • Trauma informed approach.
  • Knowledge of Workforce Center Services and Connecting Colorado.
  • Knowledge of unemployment insurance able and available/work search eligibility requirements.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience performing alike duties as a State of Colorado Classified employee.
