We present an unparalleled opening for lawyers with a tenacity for sports law, public safety, or civil rights, eager to partake in impactful legal action at a competitive rate of $175 per hour. Our pressing aim is to confront MLB Partner League teams in Billings, Kalispell, Great Falls, and Missoula, compelling them to install protective netting.

This role involves:

• Utilizing your robust legal expertise to champion fan safety within the corridors of justice.
• Preparing and filing legal complaints based on an established and successful model, starting with a case filed by one of our affiliated lawyers on behalf of a baseball fan seeking relief from the minor league Peoria Chiefs in Illinois.
• Pushing for injunctive relief to ensure the swift enactment of safety measures.
