Job Description

ob Summary:
We are seeking a LCSW, LPC or LMFT to provide oversight to staff virtually for provision of intensive in-community (IIC) counseling and behavioral Assistance (BA) service. Comprehensive mental health services will to be provided to individuals, families, and groups under DCF Children's System of Care. This position requires no less than 10 hours monthly to start with the potential for full-time status.

Kasefa Care LLC is a social service company. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of mental health, psychological and support services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities.

We are currently hiring Psychologist or Social Worker, LCSW/LPC to oversee Kasefa Care LLC. HIPAA compliance, behavioral therapy, clinical research, and psychotherapy will be essential in delivering high-quality care.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs- Develop and implement treatment plans based on individualized goals- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions as needed- Utilize evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health concerns- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field meet with staff for supervision and weekly clinical update on cases.
  • Oversee and guide staff create individual care plans.
  • Provide supervision to IIC and BA staff regarding services.
  • Assist with development and implementation of our IICand BA program in collaboration with staff and management.
  • Provide feedback to staff regarding service being render to children and families
  • Revised and provide clinical supervision to staff on their documentations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation administrative record.
  • Perform the duties and responsibilities of the company’s LCSW/LPC
  • Other duties and responsibilities will be added.

- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality-

Master's degree in Social Work or related field-

License in good standing: LCSW, LPC or LMFT

- Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance- Strong skills in behavioral therapy techniques and interventions-

 

Qualification:

Must have LCSW or LPC

Must be licensed in New Jersey.
