Growing Atlanta law firm is seeking a Case Manager to join their Personal Injury team. Qualified candidates must have at least one year of experience in customer service, Case Manager, or Paralegal in a plaintiff law firm is preferred but not required.
The Case Manager plays a critical role in this group in walking their clients through the legal process and keeping them informed regarding case status.
Responsibilities of Case Manager will include:
• Meet with prospective and existing clients, set up new files and prepare initial letters
• Obtain necessary medical records
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers and court officials
• File documents with Social Security
• Monitor case status and keep attorneys and clients up to date and aware of time-lines and approaching deadlines
• Draft demand letters, file appeals

Part Time to start with room to grow starting pay depending on experience $16-20ph.
