Legal Administrative Assistant - Downtown Baltimore
Responsibilities include:
- Open new client matters & perform conflict checks.
- Time entry, attorney billing and expense reports.
- Document production
- drafting, proofing & e-filing of pleadings in state and federal jurisdictions.
- calendaring & docketing
- make travel arrangements for attorneys
- basic administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, mailing, filing etc.
Requirements:
- 3+ years legal assistant experience
- 4 year college degree
- e-filing (PACER) & state court filings softwares
