Spectrum Services Group, Inc. is currently seeking a highly qualified NON CLINICAL LCSW who will work as a Case Manager, to join our team at our Mental Health Clinics located at Langley AFB in Hampton, Virginia.

Position Details:

• Langley AFB, Hampton, Virginia:
• Performance Period: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 0730-1630
• Salary: $79,040/year

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating referrals
• Conducting psychosocial assessments
• Implementing treatment plans
• Providing counseling and psychotherapy services
• Participating in professional peer review case conferences

QUALIFICATIONS

o U.S. Citizenship: Workers performing under this contract must be US Citizens

o Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Work Education (CSWE)

License: LCSW required. Plus Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager (C-ASWCM) preferred but not required

o Experience: Have a minimum of three (3) years within the past five (5) years as a social worker performing case management

o Certifications: BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association

o Security Clearance: Must have a clear background in order to obtain security clearance

o Familiar with organization structure and operation methods of Air Force

o Possess excellent written and oral communications skills. Effectively use correct grammar and spelling in all written communication

o Knowledge of professional care theories, principles, practices, disease process and procedures
