Responsibilities:

• Assist loan officers in all aspects of the loan application process from initial application to closing
• Must be comfortable looking up guidelines and assisting in structuring loans.
• Collect, review and organize necessary documentation
• Communicate with clients to gather additional information and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Prepare loan files for underwriting review and ensure proper workflow is followed
• Provide status updates to required parties throughout the loan process
• Utilize marketing platform as needed

Compensation:

• $20-25/hour depending on experience
• performance-based bonuses

Location:

• Loan Officer is located in Vancouver, WA. Local office is in Lake Oswego, OR. Must be willing to come into the office as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer knowledge (Google products)
• Mortgage experience required [Ideally licensed in Washington & Oregon. CA, TX, ID, LA a plus].
