Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers in all aspects of the loan application process from initial application to closing
- Must be comfortable looking up guidelines and assisting in structuring loans.
- Collect, review and organize necessary documentation
- Communicate with clients to gather additional information and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review and ensure proper workflow is followed
- Provide status updates to required parties throughout the loan process
- Utilize marketing platform as needed
Compensation:
- $20-25/hour depending on experience
- performance-based bonuses
Location:
- Loan Officer is located in Vancouver, WA. Local office is in Lake Oswego, OR. Must be willing to come into the office as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer knowledge (Google products)
- Mortgage experience required [Ideally licensed in Washington & Oregon. CA, TX, ID, LA a plus].
