New employees will go through formal training process, with regular meetings with mentor/manager to foster performance and success.

• Computer and phone skills - Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial needs.

• Relationship building - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships for client satisfaction and retention. 
• Willingness to learn - Accept and apply feedback to better performance and advance towards personal/team goals.
