Position Purpose: Oversee business development and communication efforts in support of annual sales goals
  • Develop and implement large scale marketing and communication initiatives in support of business development, brand management, and competitive positioning goals.
  • Manage the writing, design and production of member and provider newsletters, educational materials, handbooks, directories, manuals, member ID cards, promotional items and website content while maintaining Corporate brand and style guidelines and maintaining state compliancy
  • Oversee staff to ensure that state requirement standards are met and programs are relevant to meeting the goals
  • Establish contacts and manage professional relationships with local vendors, agencies and community based organizations
  • Participate in the execution of strategic initiatives in support of business development.
  • Adhere to budget limits on advertising and mailing expenses and tracks related expenses
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of technical writing or communications experience. Experience with healthcare or insurance sales and marketing preferred. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
