Overview:
PLEASE NOTE:
This position is remote, however, a primary residence in California is required prior to starting at CHLA. All applicants that reside outside of California must be willing to relocate.

Purpose Statement/Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager, under the direction of the VP, Chief Marketing and Communication Officer, and the Director, Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing team will innovate and improve digital channels and products and deliver them to patients, families, consumers and clinicians and other end-users through multiple digital channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team that develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives that support business objectives, advances the digital consumer experience, and differentiates the brand. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership across the health system to understand overall business goals and strategy, analyze strategic needs, and identify opportunities.
This role will be a proven innovator in digital marketing with experience leading high performing teams while maintaining humility. They will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and expert knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
This position supports the Digital Marketing team and maintains collaborative relationships with the marketing team across the various workstreams of Strategic Marketing and Communications. The employee will be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to, customer service, patient's rights, confidentiality of information, environment of care and CHLA initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Expert working knowledge of GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with Drupal, WordPress, or other enterprise CRM.
Preferred:
  • Health care experience
  • Experience managing people
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media tools, CRM, and email marketing platforms.

Education/Licensure/Certification:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or related field.
Preferred:
  • Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health or Product Development
Pay Scale Information: CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
