Job Description

  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and engaging with our audience to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Duties:

- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels
- Develop strategies to increase follower engagement and grow our online presence
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals
- Analyze social media data to track performance and optimize strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing

  • Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in outbound calling and phone etiquette
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Strong analytical skills for data entry and performance tracking
- Previous experience in sales or social media management is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus
