- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with DAM and CMS platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of taxonomy and data organization.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with corporate branding and ability to quickly apply brand guidelines.
- Experience working with CMS platforms.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Content Migration: Download and organize files from the old DAM system and upload them into the new DAM platform.
- Taxonomy Management: Ensure assets are accurately tagged based on pre-defined categories and metadata.
- Excel Expertise: Use Excel to migrate and align data across various spreadsheets into the new DAM system templates.
- Brand Compliance: Quickly learn and apply corporate branding guidelines to ensure content is brand compliant.
- CMS Management: Populate brand guidelines and relevant content into the new DAM platform using the CMS.
- User Accessibility: Ensure the DAM platform is user-friendly, and guidelines are easy to navigate.
- Graphic Design Support (Bonus): Assist with basic graphic design tasks when needed.
