Responsibilities:

• Project management for all marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Manage lead generation strategies and own the demand generation engine
• Manage logistics for all marketing shows and events
• Take ownership of field and virtual events, sponsorships, and business development efforts.
• Manage the marketing team and be a hands-on team member. More hires to come with revenue growth.
• Reporting on campaign progress, lead generation numbers, and channel specific functions
• Embrace growth-engineering by constantly testing and optimizing all aspects of our marketing.
• Ownership of the podcast

What Success looks like:

• All marketing campaigns are built out in our project management software
• Campaigns are running smoothly and can be replicable and scalable
• Lead generation is the primary focus and MQL numbers are being met
• Marketing channels are producing high quality content and deadlines are being met

Requirements:

• **Even though this role is fully remote, we are looking only to hire in the states of Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Idaho.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
• 5-7 years of experience leading marketing efforts, preferably with the ability to independently manage initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
• Be a likable and super fun person. Our clients love our personality and company culture, and we want someone who can keep up.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA a plus!
