Job Description:

Jordan Craig is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Acquisition & Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our streetwear brand's growth through strategic media buying, creative ad design, social content creation, and influencer management.

Responsibilities:

  • Media Buying: Execute strategic media buying campaigns across various platforms including Meta (Facebook), Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audience segments.
  • Ad Design: Own the entire ad design process, from inception to completion. Create captivating and on-brand advertisements tailored for each media channel. Utilize your creativity and expertise to produce visually stunning and engaging ad content that resonates with our audience. Ensure alignment with the brand's aesthetic and messaging guidelines, taking full ownership of the creative direction and execution.
  • Social Content Creation: Conceptualize and create compelling organic content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and others. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels.
  • Influencer Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with influencers, serving as the main point of contact. Provide support, answer inquiries, and coordinate product collaborations to ensure influencers remain engaged and active advocates for the brand.
  • Affiliate/Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential affiliates and influencers for partnership opportunities. Negotiate terms and contracts, onboard new affiliates, and manage ongoing relationships to drive brand awareness and sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing organic social media content across multiple platforms, demonstrating creativity and proficiency in content creation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer management, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Hours:

  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, with mandatory attendance at daily stand-up meetings at 9:00 am.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
