WORK REMOTELY for an established call center focused on treating our consumers with dignity and respect.

Please note – while this position is remote, candidates must be residents of Wisconsin, Kansas or Georgia to be considered.

What to expect as a medical collections representative:

In this position you will contact consumers with past due medical bills and help them to find a resolution. Individuals who are successful in this role enjoy speaking with many people throughout the day. They are great listeners and empathetic while negotiating an acceptable payment arrangement for both parties.

Start with an hourly rate of $20 in a virtual training class led by experts with decades of combined experience. You will learn the basics (technology, client standards, account codes, asking for payment). Most trainees graduate in 60 days.

Your success and growth is supported by training and management, but driven by you. All post training collection roles have a blended compensation program that includes hourly wage and regular production-based commission/bonus potential with NO CAP!!

  • Work from your home or in our Marshfield, WI office.
  • Monday through Friday (8AM-5PM CST / 9AM-6PM ET) full time schedule. Evenings & weekends may be required in some cases depending on business needs.

  • Previously demonstrated experience working with customers successfully resolving challenging situations is required.

  • Highly developed, professional communication skill suitable for conflict resolution is required.

  • Ability to self-manage in a remote office when working from home is a must as is attendance when scheduled. No absences are allowed during training.
  • Remote employees must have a private workspace and fast, reliable internet. The company provides required equipment.
