Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the qualifications and credentials of healthcare providers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and managed care requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and experience in a medical office setting, contributing to the smooth operation of our credentialing processes.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using credentialing software and databases.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Franchisee in forming a Business Entity
• Assist Franchisee in obtaining a business Type 1 NPI
• Obtain Business Phone Number, Text Number, and Fax Number for each location
• Upload franchisee office space lease into maestro
• Notify marketing to set up facebook page, and website page
• Set up SOS email account, google drive, group support chat
• Set up Book-keeping Software
• Assist franchisee with Hiring Key staff
• Assist franchisee with obtaining Insurance Professional liability insurance
• Assist franchisee in obtaining in-network contracts / Credentialing
• Assist franchisees in setting up Central Reach software
• Cover onboarding materials with CEOs and Office Managers during Initial Training
• Assist franchisee with setting up Payroll in Quickbooks
• Assist Franchisee with prep of initial training
• Assist with Corporate Training as needed
• Minimal Traveling
