We are currently seeking an accomplished Licensed or Associate Mental Health Counselor/ Psychologist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) to enrich our team.Well Aware is a collaborative group practice offering culturally responsive and trauma-informed outpatient therapy and psychiatric services in Oregon. **Note: You must maintain residence in the State of Oregon for this position, although you can work remotely in other locations.**
Licensed Full-Time Salary Range (20+ client hours per week w/ 5 weeks paid time off):
- Master’s level: $90,000 to $125,000 per year
- PhD/PsyD level: $120,000 to $170,000 per year
Associate Full-Time Salary Range (20+ client hours per week w/ 5 weeks paid time off):
- Master’s level: $65,000 to $85,000 per year
- PhD/PsyD level: $85,000 to $115,000 per year

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions for individual, couples, families, and/or groups.
- Ensure unwavering adherence to legal, ethical, and clinical practice standards.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and providers.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and remain abreast of industry advancements.
- Engage in provided training on documentation and use note templates to maintain meticulous and timely charting of client interactions and treatment progress.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent field.
- Possess and maintain an active, unrestricted license or associate registration to practice therapy in Oregon.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for teletherapy and record-keeping.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a transformational therapy model and culturally responsive counseling.
- If seeing clients in person, ability to commute to Eugene, OR.
