General Characteristics: You will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from our clients to assist them with their non-emergency medical transportation needs. You will use technology to pioneer new operational models to help make transportation more powerful and more reliable for the healthcare industry. You’re helping to solve one of the nation’s growing healthcare challenges - ensuring patients get to and from their medical appointments, safely and on time.
This is a full-time only, Work-from-home, Monday-Friday position with a work schedule in the range of 7 AM-6 PM Eastern. Our starting pay is $11.50/hour.
