Summary:
The National Account Manager is responsible for the overall sales and profitability of Keter’s Walmart Business.
This is a remote position open to candidates in the Bentonville area.
In This Role, You'll Have the Opportunity To:
- Build annual / quarterly budgets to achieve longer term vision in store and ecomm growth
- Develop a 3 year roadmap to achieve growth objectives, in collaboration with the product category teams (domestic and import business)
- Be responsible for hitting Net Sales and Direct Contribution target for Keter's Walmart business
- Be responsible for forecast accuracy and works closely with the Demand Planner to monitor POS and forecast shipments
- Build/maintains positive relationships with Merchant, Ecomm Merchant, Product Development Merchant, and Inventory Replenishment team
- Work with Ecomm merchandising and marketing to ensure products have best in class product experience
- Develop monthly promotional calendar, tracks results and adjusts future promotions to incorporate learnings
- Provide feedback to product category on reviews, opportunities for improvements and new product ideas
- Coordinate with category product managers to ensure new products are launched on time
- Lead resolutions of any logistics, operations, or finance issues within product portfolio

Education and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 3-5 years Walmart account management experience is required
- Proven experience with Customer relations, managing customer concerns to satisfactory resolution required
- Must have the ability to define and successfully execute a promotions strategy
