JOB DESCRIPTION:
THIS POSITION CAN BE PERFORMED REMOTELY.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day administrative duties associated with the recruitment process, up to and including hiring the candidate. The incumbent completes daily tasks in addition to providing customer service.

The incumbent will deliver an exceptional recruitment experience through the coordination of applications and interviews, background and reference screening and a welcoming and seamless onboarding process. This individual will manage candidates through the recruitment experience and in some instances, will be the primary point of contact for applicants.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Two or more years delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources/recruiting or related area.

Computer experience required, with fluency in Microsoft Windows applications including Word and Excel. PowerPoint preferred.

Experience in applicant tracking/Talent Acquisition Systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or customer tracking databases strongly preferred.

Recruiting and staffing experience preferred.
