Job Summary:

Northside Swim Academy is looking for a hiring manager who will help our leaders schedule interviews within their busy schedules. This is a part-time, low stress, entry level position that will give you the opportunity to GROW with the company. We are looking for people that are motivated and willing to help Northside Swim Academy grow into one of the best swim schools in the Atlanta area. This job would be GREAT role for college students looking to get experience in an administrative position and looking to grow with the company overtime.

Internship Credit:

If you are looking for an internship, this can be written off as a paid internship for your hours with the company. Northside Swim Academy is still a very new company and we can not offer full-time positions at this time, but hope to be able to in the near future. Our values and morals make sure we are open and transparent with all candidates and offer whatever the company can.

Hours and Work:

You will be scheduled for about 1-1.5 hours per day M-F and your main duty will be posting Indeed ads, managing Indeed ads, initially reaching out to candidates, and schedule them with the appropriate leader. This is a REMOTE position, but candidates MUST live in the Atlanta, Georgia area!

Compensation:

You will be compensated at an hourly rate of $11.00 to $13.00 an hour (with opportunity for bonus pays and opportunities).
