Job Overview
HRTD Onboarding Assistant supports the onboarding process for new hires, with a focus on the Form I-9 process, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations regarding employment eligibility verification. Key responsibilities include completing and reviewing Form I-9s for accuracy and completeness; verifying the authenticity and acceptability of documentation; conducting audits of forms and related documents; maintaining accurate and complete records of forms and documentation; and providing information and guidance to employees on I-9 matters.
