Job Overview

My Global World Education Group (MGWEG) and its affiliated post-secondary institutions are currently assembling a dedicated team of tutors. We are seeking skilled tutors to support students in business, management, finance, and hospitality studies. Tutoring positions will be determined by the candidate’s educational background and professional experience. The online tutor must have academic knowledge and practical experience in business, management or hospitality subjects.

Responsibilities

• Assess students on their existing ability in a subject area.
• Create a schedule for further education and development in subject areas.
• Assess a student’s level of progress within a subject and identify areas for improvement.
• Review student’s course assessments and work through problem questions that the student did not answer correctly.
• Keep up-to-date on the current curriculum and latest teaching trends.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of the subject being taught.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant business-related discipline.
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness.
• 3-years working experience in a business-related position or research activities.

Other Requirements

• Must be a legal and registered resident in the state of Hawaii.
• Must agree to study a tuition-free 2-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with MGWEG’s International Business Academy of Switzerland (IBAS) and a new university in Hawaii (opening soon).
• Responsible for providing the necessary ebooks/textbooks that are recommended for each of the courses.

Please Note: If you study the tuition-free 2-year MBA degree, you will earn two (2) Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from International Business Academy of Switzerland (IBAS) – IBAS’ MBA is accredited by the Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Program (ACBSP), a US-based accrediting body.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a new university in Hawaii being established by MGWEG.
