A Brief Overview
This fully remote role provides operational, administrative and coordination support for contracts including related documentation, facilitation and communication efforts.

What you will do

  • Modify, update, and maintain contracts and associated documentation, processing, and communicate changes.
  • Participate in data control, collection and preparation of metrics and reports.
  • Review agreements and related correspondence for consistency with policies and regulations.
  • Assist and facilitate the development and implementation of communication strategies to facilitate the negotiation and execution of contracts.
  • Serve as both internal and external central contact including represent the department at various meetings/events and provide information/answers to questions.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years administrative or database management experience. Required
  • contract related experience Preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Intermediate proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
