Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the installation department of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize workflow and performance.
- Manage and coordinate internal teams, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze operational data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for operational expenses.
- Oversee procurement and inventory management processes to ensure adequate supply levels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field, preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations and standards is required.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
