Job Description

Operations Specialist

Why Provant?

How often do you wish you had the ability to make a lasting impact on a team or organization?  Don’t miss your chance.  The Provant Group is a boutique insurance brokerage and consulting firm providing the experience and resources of a large broker while maintaining the personal attention clients deserve.  It’s an exciting time at Provant as we quickly grow and make our mark in both the industry and community – and we are seeking organized, motivated professionals to join our team.

Vision

We embrace the challenge of protecting our clients today to help them succeed tomorrow.

Mission

We are committed to creating meaningful relationships with individuals, families, and businesses by providing innovative tools and industry expertise to support and protect their ever-changing needs. We are dedicated to providing our employees with an opportunity for professional growth, personal satisfaction, and financial security while bringing enrichment to our communities.

Compensation and Benefits

Provant is committed to providing a robust, competitive benefits package for our growing team and its diverse needs.  We offer a wide range of health, welfare and financial benefits including medical, wellness, dental, vision, 401(k), health savings accounts, disability, and life insurance. We also offer a very generous paid time off policy and holiday time, in addition to the flexibility of working remote as desired.

Rewards and Recognition

We believe taking care of our clients start with taking care of our own.  We are laying the foundation for our team to not just view this as another job but being a part of something greater.  With our Performance Plus Bonus Program, we reward those all of our non-sales team members by providing an opportunity to participate in the overall success of the organization.

Community Engagement

It is imperative that we look beyond our day-to-day responsibilities to make sure we engage our team to make a difference in the community.  Our recently founded charitable committee has organized, participated in, and made an immediate impact for those in need. We are looking for people who have the same deep belief to expand our reach and engagement with our community.
