Job Description

Job Summary
The Outreach Engagement Associate role helps thousands of people take the first step towards their next career opportunity. You will provide ‘best in class’ customer service via efficient multimedia (phone, email, text, social media) outbound contact to engage candidates eligible for outplacement.

Duties
- Possess knowledge of all Right Management Outplacement services to provide clear, compelling introductions to Right Management’s outplacement services to candidates (customer).

- Communicate with candidate (customer) in a professional and courteous manner to determine and assess current need/eligibility for Right Management Outplacement services

- Assess and determine special needs or issues influencing the Candidate (Customer) engagement decision, assisting in mode of service preference and selection, offering accelerated or conventional start scenarios resulting in service initiation

- Document outreach interactions and activity according to company protocols.

- Maintain all internal databases to record outreach efforts and contacts.

- Provide exceptional customer service to all external and internal callers

- Can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal. Uses resources effectively and efficiently.

- Acts as a liaison between the candidate and Right Management services, operating as a secondary sales representative

- Maintains a "best-in-class" contact experience for Right Managements client companies’ separated employees by following strategic workflow processes set by the Outreach Manager to increase total utilization of programs in line with organizational goals.

- Exposure to Office 365 on various levels

- Models our Right Management Florida/Caribbean values.

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
-1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, project management or administrative support type role. (Preferred but not required) Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in sales support/inside sales, 2+ year(s) preferred experience in outplacement/Human Resources/recruiting.

-Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Experience in a multi-tasking position would be an asset.

- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet; good technical knowledge of computers, systems, office equipment to operate and basic troubleshoot. Accurate typing.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively via written and verbal correspondence across all organizational levels. Intermediate business writing and oral communications skills

- Strong coordination skills with proven abilities handing a multitude of tasks on various projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively as necessary. Establish priorities and readily adapt as needed; recognizes problems and seeks assistance for quick resolution; uses good judgment

- Independent and driven to take initiative in order to complete tasks and solve problems.

- Ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy while meeting deadlines.

- Team player willing to be flexible in the midst of changing priorities.

- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No weekends
