Job Title: Overnight Global Customer Call Center Representative
Reports to: Global Call Center Supervisor
Location: Remote – Candidates can be located anywhere
Client: Global Technology company
Contract Duration: 6+ month contract, with possibility of extension and conversion

Pay: $20-25/hour W2
This is an OVERNIGHT SHIFT 11pm - 7am

Summary of Essential Functions:
We are looking for a competent Call Center Representative to field customer calls and emails, provide information, place parts and consumables orders, create price quotes for services, assign field technicians to sites . With the primary goal to achieve excellent customer service for our customers that drives sustainable business growth.
