Overview:
Supply Chain & Operations vertical plays a critical role in accelerating PepsiCo’s sustainable growth by driving strategic choices, delivering breakthrough enterprise capabilities, optimizing service delivery excellence and executing end-to-end transformations. Supply Chain & Operations in S&T is central to business transformation, enabling the organization to be more efficient, digital, innovative, and sustainable.
Responsibilities:

Lead the standardization and optimization of own fleet (first mile, middle mile and last mile) management processes across PepsiCo.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to standardize Own fleet management processes and procedures across global operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with industry standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, streamline workflows and eliminate waste
  • Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new processes and workflows, providing training, support, and guidance to stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and sustained improvements
  • Value Engineering, Technology and Sustainability
  • Deploy and Sustain Decabornization Strategy
  • Establish Strategic Partnerships
  • Drive Innovation, partner with PepLabs (Autonomous Fleet)
  • Define the governance for telematics
  • Partner with Sector/Markets Fleet teams, engage sectors teams as part of the global fleet team
  • Assess in detail fleet processes, identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Partner with Capability Teams to identify new digital products/solutions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Transportation & Fleet teams
  • Own decisions on:
  • Program Deliverables
  • Resources and budget allocation
  • Influence decisions on:
  • Processes adherence
  • System integration
  • Technological adoption

Compensation & Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications:
  • A minimum 10 years of Supply Chain or Transportation / Fleet experience, preferably in a multinational or global organization. Extensive experience with automation systems and transportation technologies is crucial
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in various automation software and hardware, digital solutions in Supply Chain
  • Experience with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful results within large and complex organizations through design and transformation
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain Automation, demonstrating the ability to drive change and innovation
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, as well as experience in managing and developing talent
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
