Zinda Law Group, a rapidly growing, elite personal injury law firm, is looking for a Part-Time Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our growing team! Our Intake Specialists conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if the potential case falls within the scope of our practice areas. This is a part-time, remote position. Only candidates from TX, AZ, NM, CO, and FL will be considered.

The hours for this role are Sunday (8:30a-5:30p), Monday (5p-9p), Wednesday (5p-9p) and Friday (5p-9p) all Central Time.

This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates or customer service-oriented professionals looking to gain experience in the legal industry.

Our core principles are:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all inbound marketing lead sources and follow up with potential clients
• Handle incoming phone calls from prospective clients
• Collect appropriate information and provide concise fact summaries, both written and verbal
• Collaborate with attorneys at every level of the Firm to discuss case summaries
• Input and track appropriate data into CRM system
• Sign up new clients and handle all new case documentation

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Sales experience preferred
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Reliable internet connection
• Previous work in a law firm a plus
• College degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20-21 an hour
