Job Summary
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software.
Duties
- Conduct bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Manage general ledger accounting
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting processes
- Complete proficient with Quickbooks online, law firm experience very desirable and preferred. Knowledge of legal software and the misc. function of a law offices preferred. Flexible hours and opportunity to work remotely.
- Prior experience in public accounting or related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and 10-key typing
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation processes
- Ability to perform budgeting tasks efficiently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
