Multi-office Ketamine treatment center in the New York / New Jersey area is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper who will perform book-keeping tasks as well as support payroll and benefits processes.
Responsibilities include
- Tracking and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Generating reports and performing reconciliations and assessments as needed.
- Maintaining records for tax obligations
- Processing payroll adjustments
Compensation: $50 / hour - approximately 10-15 hours per week on average.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience required; solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting and tax matters, as well as some experience running or handling payroll. Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
