Job Description: We are currently seeking a Part-Time Homecare Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into clients for our homecare services. You will work closely with potential clients and their families to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our services. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from your home.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their homecare needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
