Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented part-time Marketing & InDesign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality print and digital materials, including brochures, offering memorandums, reports, and other company-related marketing collateral. You will work closely with our Director of Operations and the brokerage team to complete specific daily & weekly projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create proprietary marketing materials using Adobe InDesign ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment

• Collaborate with the Director of Operations by producing marketing materials consistent with the company's branding

• Edit and proofread materials for clarity, accuracy, and consistent design standards
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Stay updated on design trends and best practices related to business marketing

• Work closely with the brokerage team to fine-tune offering memorandums and other marketing materials either over the phone, on Microsoft Teams, or face-to-face

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in graphic design or a related field preferred
