Position Overview:

The Loyalty Specialist is tasked with supporting the implementation and execution of marketing and program initiatives for SiteOne’s Loyalty Program, the Partners Program. In this Part-Time role (20 hours per week), you will assist the Loyalty Manager with facilitating smooth program operations, driving promotional activities, and improving Member satisfaction.


What you’ll do:

Support operational needs of the Partners Program:
  • Enter data related to loyalty promotions and transactions and maintain meticulous records.
  • Perform audits of loyalty points to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist field personnel and customers regarding loyalty points adjustments and requests, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Set up and manage promotional offers and activities.
  • Draft internal and external memos related to the program news, updates and policies.
  • Audit, approve and ensure timely payment for program invoices.
  • Manage and facilitate reward trip registrations and sign up process
Skills We Are Seeking::
  • High School or equivalent required
  • 1 – 3 years of proven experience in a support role within a Marketing, Loyalty Program or related field preferred
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail skills related to data entry and management
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service orientation and a keen sense of urgency
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Excel knowledge to analyze and format report data utilizing V-Lookup, Pivot tables and charts
