Job Description

Responsibilities:
Interacts with callers providing responses to their hospital billing and physician inquiries. Analyzes patient accounts and evaluates results to ensure timely resolution by following set processes. Conveys information effectively, exercises active listening, and makes sound judgments and decisions by using logic and reasoning to identify and solve problems.

**This position has the opportunity to work from home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**
Qualifications:
Required:
  • One year in a healthcare setting
Desired:
  • One year in a call center or healthcare setting with emphasis on experience regarding insurance, patient billing and other office related duties
  • High School Diploma or GED
