This is a 100% remote position.

There may be some travel required.

This is a part-time, contract to part-time position with a 20-25/hour work week.

We anticipate a 6-month contract window prior to part-time.

Intent:

The PA/EA will provide a high level of professional support to Danette May.

This role will be responsible for technology know-how in Zoom, G Suite, Slack, FaceBook, and Asana.

Scheduling and rescheduling travel (international flights and ground travel) and in-person and virtual appointments is paramount.

The person in this role will exude confidence when pitching Danette May as speaker for live events.

Will have responsibility for email correspondence and other administrative duties.

Description & Influence:

PA duties run the gamut from scheduling appointments to running errands to making reservations for Danette and her family.

EA duties include creating written documents that reflect Danette’s message, articulately pitching prospective engagements in a way that communicates Danette’s vision and mission, and being her personal technology assistant in Zoom, Google Suite, FaceBook, Asana, and other widely-used platforms.

Evening and weekend working hours should be expected, in addition to weekday hours.

Be an internal and external point of contact; ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.

Vetting and scheduling of all media requests.

Arrange travel and all accommodations.

Create comprehensive and detailed itineraries.

Provide a seamless travel experience from booking to seating to arriving back home.

Organize and maintain a schedule including emails, rolling calls, booking of appointments, and coordination of logistics for travel, press, photo shoots, video shoots, and rehearsals.

Interact positively with others and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.

Respond to inquiries.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Background & Experience:

Prior experience as an executive or personal assistant role

Bachelor’s Degree

Previously exhibited a high level of confidentiality and shown to be trustworthy.

Personal or professional experience working in the wellness/health/exercise/mindfulness industries.

Personal or professional experience helping others.

Be well spoken and very adaptable.

Show flexibility routinely.

Ability to work non-traditional hours and outside of normal business timeframes.

Always respond with a sense of urgency.

Focus on continuous improvement.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Google Suite

Strong time management skills and the ability to self motivate.

Ability to work independently.
